We have all that impossible thing in our pocket that is standing at the very back of our mind--a dream or a goal we have put on a high shelf which we term Too Risky. I have been having one of those since an early age: the fear of talking in front of people and leading them in stressful situations. The Shadow of "What If?" What's stopping me? The most common is the fear of the judgment, or the fear that I am not so good that I should be a team leader or deliver a complicated concept. This indecisiveness has at times relegated me to the fringes even when I had something worthwhile to offer. I understood that this fear is not a mere feeling; it is a hindrance that restricts my development as a student, as well as a future professional.
